Returns and Exchanges

At Snoweys Closet, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer options for returns, exchanges, or store credits within 14 days.

Returns and Exchanges: You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items returned after this period will not be eligible.

If you wish to return goods for an exchange or credit, we kindly request you to contact us via email to discuss your concerns.

All postage costs associated with returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To be eligible for a credit or exchange, the item must be returned to Snoweys Closet in its original condition, along with the original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase must be provided.

We recommend using Registered post and prepaying all postage when returning the product. Please insure your parcel as you assume any risk of lost, theft, or damage during transit. Snoweys Closet will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels if you choose not to insure them.

Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect it to determine if it is eligible for return and/or exchange. Upon approval of your claim, Snoweys Closet will send you a replacement product or provide you with a credit code. Please note that refunds and credits exclude delivery costs, which cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be considered for damaged or defective goods, but not for change of mind or if your pet chooses not to use the product. We do not offer refunds for items that do not fit your pet. However, we are happy to facilitate a size exchange. Each item has sizing information listed to ensure the best fit for your pet. If alternative sizes are unavailable at the time of exchange, a credit note equivalent to the item's value will be issued.
