Shipping times exclude weekends and public holidays.

While we strive to post orders within 24-48 hours of placement, please note that delivery times may be longer during busier periods or due to customs processing for international orders.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address during checkout. If packages are not received by the intended recipient or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the recipient/purchaser will be responsible for the costs of reshipping.

If we have confirmed that your order has been shipped, but you do not receive it within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting Australia Post for information and updates. They are in the best position to provide you with the most accurate information regarding the status of your delivery.
